-Ms. Maria Cristina Pagaoa, Class President

"A community of excellent students whose goal is to achieve their dreams and aspirations after finishing their study. They're also the people whom you can give work/assigned tasks yet they'll still accomplish within the given time."
-Ms. Nica Lo, General Biology Teacher And Class Adviser

"The students are very assertive in giving their insights and opinions towards certain issues or topics. I enjoy being in this class!"
-Mrs Jovelyn L. Espino, Reading & Writing Teacher

"STEM A has talent and potential. One would be amazed to know the extraordinary things they can do as individuals and as a whole class. The only problem with them is that most of the time they do not realize what they truly are, exceptional students."
-Mr. Royce Allen Rañeses, Physics Teacher

"STEM A, basically the cream of the crop in the Grade 12 students. One thing with this section is they never be shy on asking questions. They are the group of students who always re-validate every idea and fact from the lesson. They do not just accept the concepts from lectures. They try to analyze to test the validity of it. Aside from that, critical thinking is also observed."
-Mr. Jose Louie Tuvieron Dagohoy, Practial Research Teacher

Classroom Of The Elites

Class of the Elites

Try closing your eyes and feel the cool air surrounding your room. Imagine your ideal type of people and class environment. Let me tell you what I had imagined. My mind made-up a class comprised of highly intellectual people. These people are the type of students who are capable of doing things on a short notice but still produce quality work. They will not be contented by the information given to them. Instead, they will be sailors of the vast sea of information. They won’t feel ashamed to be part of the intellectual class and without reluctance be part of a movement to inspire others to grab every piece of knowledge available. This would be the perfect class; the class of the elites.

I am more than thankful to be part of this class. The Grade 12 STEM-A is a section full of intellectual people. Our class is comprised of individuals from different curriculums back in junior high school. The mix of different expertise resulted into an achieving class. Last school year we had representatives from different academic competitions outside the school.

Dheniel Pontiga represented the school in a competition that test the mathematical skills of the students. He bragged 2nd place in the ITMO (International Teenagers Math Olympiad). A handful of students inclined in mathematics surrender to the prowess showed by my classmate. Sibyl Rañoso on the other hand represented the division in the regional in a competition that exhibits the debate capacity of students. The quality of students in my section does not end there. STEM-A along with other section of the strand won the ECOFashionista hosted by the Senior High School that aims to promote the feasibility of using recycled materials as a raw material in making costumes. Bien Custodia presented the magnificent gown made out of CD and sacks of rice.

Our section also competed in an exhibition of skills in personality development and of course beat other sections. Once again, Bien Custodia presented the class and brought victory as she was crowned as the Ms. PerDev and Ms. Professional 2018. Last school year each one of the whole class was given recognition of with honors and a chosen few of with high honors. This made our section the only one in which everyone received a recognition. Now the goal of the class is to be the first class in Rizal Senior High School to produce a student that will be recognized as the first one to receive the title of With Highest Honor.

You can also be part of an elite classroom or be part of your imagined ideal classroom. You just need to remember that it is not just about being a part of a class; it’s about being the best version of yourself anywhere class you belong. Whether you are surrounded by people or classmates you do not like, still, you should keep in mind that education is education and success is achieved through education.
